In honor of National Crime Victims' Rights Week, the CT Office of the Victim Advocate (OVA) is hosting a FREE paint event for victims of crime. Each event will share information about how to utilize one's voice through the legislative process. Guests will paint their interpretation of the image below, guided by an artist. Registration is free & open to any victim of crime 18+ years of age.
