Time in nature has many proven benefits for our mental health, and in a city with as many amazing gardens, parks, and other natural resources as Baltimore we have many opportunities to connect to nature to reduce stress and anxiety.
The workshop will be led by Gina Strauss and Alex Hind of the Towson-based Center for Nature Informed Therapy (CNTI). Gina is a licensed, nature informed psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience, and Alex is a clinical intern at CNTI.
