Tonga Tim brings back the Rumbillion! education series with his "Gin-Tiki" class. If you have not had the opportunity to participate in this before, you don't want to miss it! This special installment of our education series will walk you through the key styles of gin, their histories, and the flavors you can expect from each. You will also learn how these spirits impact tiki today. Our amazing friends at Heidelberg will join us for this special event, featuring their amazing Hayman's line of gins from England. We will enjoy cocktails made with these spirits, and also sample tastings of the spirits alone. Your ticket will get you three lovely cocktails paired with the recipes, an opportunity to taste each spirit straight, and a reserved seat for the class.
