Details: This Memorial Day, Monday May 29th, come out and experience a community event the whole family can enjoy!!! Bring your own pack (backpack) and we will supply the weights. Or carry your child. Or fill your pack with canned goods to donate later in the day to our local Veterans organization HEALTH 4 HEROES We will be doing two laps around the park with the option of adding in some exercise movements at specifics spots along the way. Walk, skip, move your body and enjoy time with family, friends and the greater FoCo community. Recommended donation to participate $45 (individual, couple, family) or whatever you would like to give. Not required but encouraged. All money raised will be going to RuckX (www.RuckX.org) on behalf of the community of Fort Collins and F45 Thank you for your participation and donation to support those men and women who have fallen before us and made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. *suggested donation to participate = $45 which will go directly to RUCKX from the Fort Collins & F45 community
