Attend the organizational meeting of Q-MoB's Diversity Team and help us craft the strategies, team, and leadership we need to make Q-MoB as diverse as the many different kinds of rural queer men who call the Greater Berkshires region home. Also attend Berkshire County’s annual Live Out Loud community conference to strengthen our understanding and advocacy of the LGBTQIA+ rural community. Beginning in 2014, the Live Out Loud Conference is designed to build community in Rural Berkshire County. The conference is now entering its nineth year, with a bright future ahead. The conference is a free event that encourages everyone to be a part of the day to connect and collaborate with other members of the LGBTQAIP+ community. Every year there is a section of workshops provided for folks to choose from and engage in. This year there will be workshops on health and access to health care, a workshop on navigating a queer life, a workshop on neurodivergancy and queer identity and a breakout space for young people to meet other LGBTQAIP youth and build connections.
