Put on those stretchy pants and get ready to sample wine, food, liquor and sweets from over 25 tasting tables put together by Colorado's 2023 Les Dames d’Escoffier Leadership Award winners, sponsors, and local producers. Think Biker Jim's Dogs, Brad B Jammin' preserves, bites from Farow Restaurant and Bibamba Chocolate. On the drink side expect pours from Wagner Family of Wine, Montanya Rum, 3rd Bird Kombucha and Casa del Sol Spirits. Plus many, many more. While there, attend seminars hosted by talented women on top of their industry, plus book signings in the Tattered Covered sponsored Book Nook , and a table laden with mystery boozy grab bags picked out by top beverage and wine pros (for a fee). Highlights include a signing by Tanya Holland, founder of the famed Brown Sugar Kitchen in California, and author of The Brown Sugar Kitchen Cookbook and New Soul Cooking; and Cheesemaking 101 with The Art of Cheese's Kate Johnson. All proceeds go to support the Colorado chapter of the women-led philanthropy group, Les Dames d'Escoffier and its scholarship fund for women studying food, beverage and hospitality in the state. TICKET INFORMATION Anyone 21+ years are welcome to taste, learn and have a great time, all you need is a valid ID and a $65 ticket.
