Join Planned Parenthood Action Council of Utah, ACLU Utah, Utah Abortion Fund, Alliance for a Better Utah, Women's Democratic Club of Utah, and the League of Women Voters of Salt Lake for a rally for abortion care. HB467, the bill that requires all abortion care to take place in hospitals, is set to go into effect on May 3rd. Planned Parenthood Association of Utah and ACLU of Utah are currently challenging key aspects of this law in court because it would create a functional abortion ban across the state. While we don't know how litigation will go, it is important that we gather and make it known that we are the majority. Utah does not want or need more abortion restrictions! Join us at the Salt Lake City & County Building on May 3rd at 6 pm to rally for abortion care! ADA seating and ASL interpretation will be available.
