Tournament Rules • Team check in is at 8:30a. Pool Play begins at 9:00am. • Team members will need to sign the Spikes waiver before play begins. • There will be a short break after pool play to make the brackets and do the raffle but we won’t have a “lunch break”. Plan to stagger your lunches. This helps the kitchen staff get food out in a timely manner for all players. • Shirt and Shoes must be worn inside the building. • You can bring fruit/snacks and Gatorade, but please no outside food, drinks or coolers. Teams • Team registration fee will be $120.00 for each 6-person team. • Teams can consist of any number of players but you cannot play with more guys than girls. • You must adhere to the guy/girl rule of play. Pool Play • Pool Play brackets will be announced when all teams are signed in. • Each match will consist of 1 game to 21..cap at 21. • Captains will need to report exact scores after each pool play game. • Let serves are allowed. There is no over/under rule for serving. • You may bring up a guy up from the back row to block. • Please limit extended contacts or carries. • Please call your own net violations for safety. • If it hits the line it is in. If you absolutely can’t decide, replay the point. • If it is windy, you can agree before the game begins to switch sides and when.
