Thank you for your interest in volunteering!!! By means of your generous time, our organization continues to provide over 20 years of FREE prom/graduation dresses to High School teens that would not otherwise be able to afford one. We have several upcoming volunteer opportunities and appreciate any assistance you can provide. Please take time to read through the following important information. Volunteers must register through this site to volunteer so that we can provide you with updates and other informative communications. If volunteering for dress giveaways during the month of April- Only adult (18 years or over) females may volunteer for dress giveaways. What to expect: You will be on your feet and moving the entire time, so wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Temperatures may vary so plan accordingly.Free parking is available. We appreciate if you can park along the adjacent streets. We share half of the parking lot with a restaurant so parking for PPSV is limited. Please limit your belongings to your car keys, phone, or a small purse that you can carry with you since we do not have a secure place for personal belongings. To prevent any damage to the dresses, please do not bring coffee, drinks or food into the dress area. We will provide a quick orientation within the first 10 minutes of the start time when you arrive, so please be prompt. You will be able to ask questions and be assigned to a specific area of need, or to a task where you prefer. So we can check you in quickly, please have your volunteer ticket downloaded to your phone. You may also provide a screenshot of the QR code, or print your ticket if you prefer. We understand if you are not able to volunteer for an entire shift. Although we ask that you please commit to a minimum of 2 hours at either the beginning, or at the end of the shift.
