Bike Ride to Lunch with the Dunwoody City Council

Start at Dunwoody City hall. Meet at 11:30 am for a prompt departure at `11:45 am. We'll all ride together on an easy roll, stopping along the way to discuss current and future projects to support safe places to ride in Dunwoody. Our lunch destination will be Takorea, on Chamblee-Dunwoody in the Georgetown Kroger Shopping Center. 3.3 Miles from City Call to Takorea and 2.9 miles back to city hall, on a circular route. No need for "spandex", either. Dress comfortably and enjoy! Please wear a helmet. And bring a full water bottle. MORE DETAILS: We will be riding on streets. Mostly on bike lanes. We will all be together, riding two abreast as allowed per Georgia law. Dunwoody City Police will be supporting by riding their bikes along with us. HILLS: The route to Takorea is mostly down hill. The return route will be moderately up hill returning from the Georgetown Bridge up to Ashford Dunwoody.
