We have collabprated with Soca Fitness instructor Paige, Wellness and Fitness Trainer Valerie of Val-Ue fitness, host Ms. Florida Plus Racquel King, Dr. Antoine Thurston and Dr.Adrian Carter amongst many other speakers and performers to bring a day filled with positivity and resources! Resources will include but are not limited to Essentials Labs, Henderson, BSO, Vendors and much much more!
