Tickets for brunch are $45 and include 4 delectable courses with beverage pairings, a chance to win a Pink House Alchemy Bee’s Knees cocktail kit + a 10% discount storewide to stock up on your favorite Pink House Alchemy products and bar essentials. First Course A zesty baked orange roll with mascarpone Chantilly cream, fresh berries and house made granola. Served with your choice of coffee or tea made with pH syrups. Second Course Sweet and savory beets and burrata alongside fresh baked focaccia and drizzled with pH Herbalicious infused honey. Served with a mimosa or mocktail made from fresh squeezed juices and pH syrup. Third Course Eggs benedict with rich hollandaise and local ham atop a buttery fresh baked focaccia. Served with herby potatoes au gratin, bright frisée salad, and caramelized candied pork belly. Paired with green juice made with fresh, cold pressed juice and pH Pineapple shrub. *Vegetarian option available: Eggs benedict served with sauteed greens in substitution of ham and house made vegan sausage in substitution of pork belly Fourth Course Decadent flourless chocolate cake made with Markham and Fitz chocolate.
