We will begin with Erika guiding us through slow flowing mindful movement and gentle stretching appropriate for all levels of practitioners.
After we have released bodily tension through movement we will simply lay down and get comfy. Melanie will then lead us on a transcending soundscape journey. Allowing the vibrational sounds of the crystal bowls, drums, and chimes to lure us into a deep state of relaxation, reduced stress, and rejuvenation.
Participants should bring mats or blankets to lie on. Pillows or eye masks are always welcome for ultimate comfort. Erika and Melanie are here to guide you and create a safe and welcoming environment for all.
