Event date: Sunday, May 7th, 2023 Event time: 3 - 7 pm Event Location: Azan Shriner'S Center, 1591 W Eau Gallie Blvd, Melbourne 32935 Benefits the historic American Legion Post 191 building restoration fund. The American Legion family of organizations is dedicated to helping veterans, service members and communities. The American Legion Family have been a force in assisting our veterans since 1919. As the American Legion evolved, additional components such as the American Legion Auxiliary and The Sons of The American Legion were chartered for service to our veterans, their families and their communities. Legion members promote patriotism and national security while supporting youth and advocating for veterans and active duty military personnel and families. We are committed to helping veterans, strengthening families and building stronger, healthier and safer communities. The historic American Legion Post 191 located in South Melbourne offers a place to gather for fun and celebrations. The American Legion gives the veterans a place of like kind minded individuals to reminisce of their days spent serving this great nation. This event will serve as a fundraiser for the building's restoration fund.
