The primary objective of the 2023 NEVCI agenda is to make an impact on the policies needed to “get steel in the ground” in a timely and effective manner. This will require more proactive engagement of our signatories as well as a targeted working group that is dedicated to developing and executing model legislation to address complementary policies. This interactive workshop will explore an “Energize Agenda” that will include key policies that are designed to stretch the federal funding and address the needs, topics, and plans for model state legislation.
