As leaders in Eastern Connecticut’s healthcare sector, we know firsthand how fast the healthcare industry is changing. Every day we are faced with pressing questions and challenges related to quality of patient care, costs of care, supporting a qualified workforce, technology innovations, and a myriad of other topics. No single organization can address these challenges alone. That’s why we, The Eastern Connecticut Healthcare Partnership, have come together to invite you to a Legislative Breakfast to learn about our exciting initiative and progress to date. This partnership is a way for multiple healthcare organizations in Eastern Connecticut to come together around important issues – including attracting people to healthcare careers; improving the quality, quantity, and access to training programs; improving the quality of life for healthcare workers; and aligning on key policy issues. Together, we represent more than 25 healthcare providers in Eastern Connecticut across all care settings. This event will provide an opportunity for the partnership to explain its purpose, goals, and action-oriented approach. We also hope to hear your perspective of how this partnership can be a useful resource in supporting your work to represent region and the healthcare sector.
