Join the Venerable Bhante Sujatha, one of our all-time favorite teachers, for a special evening event. Bhante will give a lively talk about how thoughts function in our minds, and provide training in practical techniques to understand and manage negativity. Bhante will also guide us through loving-kindness meditation, perform some healing work on all participants, and give time for some Q & A.
