Takapenga and Kunaka, along with special guest musicians from Kutandara (https://kutandara.org) will present an afternoon of Zimbabwean marimba and percussion music. These local musicians study with guest artists from Kutandara and recently had the opportunity to tour in Zimbabwe. The mission of the Kutandara foundation is "to heal the world through music." They use the vehicle of joyful, group percussion to create meaningful, personal interactions and believe that music inspires, transforms, and connects us to each other and our world.
