The Literacy Review is a journal of writing from adult ESOL and basic education programs throughout New York City, edited by students at NYU Gallatin since 2002. Volume 21 will be available for the first time at this event, and fifteen of the newly-published writers will read their work, with introductions from the student team: Yasmine Garay, Lauren Balser, Michelle Capone, Hollie Fitzhenry, Olivia Ontiveros, Karen Santos, and XY Zhou. A reception with light refreshments will follow. Congratulations to the sixty-seven published writers, as well as to their teachers and tutors!
