This FREE community event will be packed full of many resources and activities for the whole family, with a special focus on highlighting senior services and mental health providers in the Proviso area! Offerings include mini-wellness workshops, primary care, health care, dental benefits assistance, screenings for diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol, and so much more. Breakout sessions include hands only CPR training, narcan training, high blood pressure education, mental health education, and more! There will also be youth-focused activities setup throughout the afternoon and free childcare provided. Come out for an entertaining and educational day and a chance to be entered into our free raffle giveaways!
