Foray continues to provide exeptional event dinner experiences on a monthly basis to explore cuisines of a different time or a different place. Each cuisine is researched down to it's origins and we sometimes dicuss this at the event. We obtain the most authentic indredients when available. The grains that will be served are heirloom and the pork in this menu will be of heritage breed. The beans are of an antique variety of the Gullah people (originally from Africa)who populate the southern coast of South Carolina. The Gullah people brought together the wonderful flavors of the famous seafood boil.
