Education is Freedom (EIF), Dallas’ leading college, career, and life-readiness provider, will hold its eighth annual fundraiser and scholarship reception, An Evening with the Stars, on Tuesday, April 25th from 7:00-8:00 p.m. The event provides a unique opportunity to recognize and reward EIF Scholars from 25 high schools in Dallas and Grand Prairie ISDs by investing in their future. Scholarship dollars help students cover college expenses not traditionally funded by financial aid. Thanks to the generosity of our presenting sponsor Ryan Foundation, the scholarship reception where we will honor 121 Dallas & Grand Prairie ISD seniors in the EIF Scholars Program who will be recognized and receive personalized scholarships. Event chairs are David Biegler and Diane Knape. Event registration begins at 6:30pm. The sponsorship program featuring David Biegler & Diane Knape will be held from 7-8 p.m. Guests are then free to enjoy the Perot Museum until 10 p.m. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served following the program. The Perot Museum is located at 2201 N. Field St. in Dallas. Scholarship sponsor levels begin at $250 and include named scholarship(s) to be presented at the event as well as a donation to EIF programs that support college access for all students.
