Join me for a relaxing infused yoga flow and prepare to have an elevated yoga experience. We start with setting an intention and raising our vibrations. Flower will be provided, Delta options will be available for purchase or BYOB. Once elevated we start an all levels 45-minute yoga flow. Gentle movement that deepens the breath-body connection and promotes deep relaxation and peace. We finish with a 15-minute sound bath by Monica. Sound healing instruments played to create an immersive experience and shift your mind to a more relaxing state. Light refreshments will be provided. Every participant will receive a gift bag and entered into a special giveaway! Grab a friend, your mat and good vibes and let's flow!
