Sunrise Tri is hosting a triathlon training camp on April 29th. It is free for members, and $20 for anyone else - BTW you can still sign up for a membership at https://runsignup.com/.../BossierCity/SunriseTriathlonClub The day begins at Town South Pool. Jeremy Brown is a professional coach who will be providing the training in all three sports and transition. We'll spend an hour at Town South Pool with some dry land training and some pool training (the pool is heated, don't worry!). There are locker rooms if you'd like to put on dry gear. Around 0900 we'll move to the Brookshire Grocery Arena (BGA) parking lot. There Jeremy will provide coaching on transitions, running and cycling. Running and cycling will happen on the paved multituse path along the AR Teague Parkway, or riding on the Parkway itself (if you're comfortable with that...if not, the path is a great option but may have pedestrians). At noon-ish we'll move to our lunch location for some guest speakers on bike maintenance or a similar topic. If there is anything you'd like to see, we are open to suggestions. It will be at Seventh Tap if they have a food truck that day, they haven't released their schedule yet. If they don't have a food truck that afternoon we may look at someplace else, watch this event for details. So we know how many to plan for, please mark this event as "Attending" if you think you'll be there. We'll collect your cash donation at the event, no cost for canceling the day of the event. We'd rather have you mark it as attending and later cancel than not mark it. We'll need to know how many to plan for and get enough bike racks. If you can only make part of the training, add a note saying that. There is no problem if you have to leave early, or get there late, or miss the lunch.
