All High Schools Welcomed Thank you for participating in the aicacadesigns presents Prom 2021. *No refunds unless the event is cancelled. *You and your guest must provide one of the following in order to gain admittance to the Prom A. a school ID OR B. a government issued ID There will be no exceptions whatsoever, even if personnel at the event recognize you and/or your guest. *No beverage bottles or containers may be brought into the dance. *Please dress appropriate *Please wear a mask. Hand sanitizer will be required at the door. Temperatures will be taken at the door. *There will be multiple recipients for Best Dressed and Cutest Couple. These contests will be voted on by staff. You may be randomly asked for your name, grade, photo or school to be anonymously entered into these contests. Results will be announced between 9:30-10pm *All photos are owned and can be used by aicacadesigns. *Prom royalty court is the only contest voted by students. All seniors will be automatically entered. A QR code will be provided for you to vote only once for the senior court. There will be multiple Kings and Queens to represent the court. King and Queen court will be announced between 9:30-10pm. *There will be non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks available. *NO SMOKING and NO DRINKING *No hanging out outside. Students must enter the building after parking. *Professional Photographer will take and print photos on hand in front of a backdrop for a fee. *Senior walk out times will be available based on school. There will be a roped off section for parents to stand while seniors walk out and are announced on stage. Seniors will pose for the pic and continue to exit the stage. After your senior walkout session has ended please exit so that the parents from the next school can enter the building.
