Soul Care Sessions is a networking experience for members of the community to come together in fellowship, social-discussion, and healing through testimony. Hosted and moderated by Brandon ‘Chris’ Wilson of On Record Media , these sessions are designed to promote a positive atmosphere through connection, and healthy dialogue on engaging topics facilitated through a panel of experts and notable community members. Session Two: Coping with Anxiety stemming from Generational Traumas will continue the conversation of deeply rooted issues in minority families that often prevent us from growth, maturity, knowledge, and elevation and ultimately cause ANXIETY! Many of us are suffering with the condition without knowledge of it, or healthy ways to cope! We'll also continue to explore Attachment Theory and how attachment styles and generational traumas from childhood affect our ability to form friendships and relationships as adults. Get READY to hear dynamic testimony from panelists who will speak to their own generational traumas and how they were able to break the cycle!
