We will be OUTSIIIDEE connecting with ourselves and nature at the Lower Ramble west of the Fayetteville Public Library. Expect moments to connect with others, creative workshops, practices to ease tension, giveaways, and a climate of joy. Enjoy lite bites and beverages provided by Ozark Natural Foods. For this experience, we encourage you to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, a journal, pens, meditation cushions, and an item to place in the river.
