Running Lab is hosting spinOUT on location!
Gear up for a 50 minute spin class at Running Lab. Your spinOUT instructor will guide you through a roadmap starting with a warm-up then taking you on a variety of steady flat roads, moderate to steep hills and then sprinting down hill like you’re actually spinning OUTside.
But wait, there’s more! Songs utilizing 3 to 5 pound hand-weights, spin moves, focused power and cadence efforts and 45 second timed intervals will be incorporated into the ride as well!
Join us for a challenging cardio exercise with a motivating instructor and bumpin’ music. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and gym shoes or spd clip spin shoes! We’ll take care of the rest!
