The Poppy Girl & Erin Frey Holistic Intentions are coming together to bring a Kids Earth Day Workshop to the Lake Country area! Our Earth Day event will include: yoga + movement + mindfulness mixed with hands on sensory experiences like planting seeds in soil. Your child will take home their very own pot with planted seeds to nurture and grow. The cost of the event is $50 per child and we encourage ages 4-12 to join us along with their caregiver. Please bring your own yoga mat. Limited Supply of yoga mats available if needed. Event will be held in the Gathering Room at WellHouse 1900. Space is limited, register today!
