Attend Rollin' with Bo and learn the basic skills to create three specialized sushi rolls with instruction from sushi chef Bohyeon Keller. No experience necessary, just a can do attitude!
The menu this Spring will include:
*Tropical roll
: fried shrimp,pineapple and red bell pepper. Paired with Junmai Dry Sake
*Korean kimbab
: surimi, egg, cucumber, carrot, sesame oil, eel sauce, scallion. Paired with Little Lily Nigori
*California roll
:surimi, cucumber, cream cheese. Paired with Osakaya Chobei Diaginjo
Your ticket includes supplies and instructions for creating each roll, a pour of sake, take home containers, and gratuities.
*Photos will be taken by company employees during the event and may be used for future marketing materials.
