In our lives, we will grieve many things: loss of a beloved family member or friend, a dear pet, the ending of a relationship, the loss of health or abilities to name a few. These losses and the grief that comes are natural but a dreaded part of our life.
Please join us as we discuss how grief affects mind, body and spirit. We will also look at coping strategies that may help with the healing journey.
