Tech4Good: Goal is to create a space/platform where technical volunteers donate their time and knowledge to help nonprofits real-time with their technology needs, troubleshooting, questions and strategy.HDI: HDI Local Chapters (HelpDesk Chapters Inc. | HDC) is a not for profit company that partners with HDI for the success of HDI, HDI Local Chapters, and the IT Service Management and Technical Support communities.Chapters in over 30 cities across the U.S., and are the premiere technical service and support association in the world.
