Silent attendees will go on a seated journey through the energy centers of the body while participating in a series of mindfulness practices, like meditation and breathwork, paired with specific foods and drinks that correspond to the seven major chakras, creating a complete sensory experience for all.
Enlighten Your Palate provides an opportunity to explore and celebrate the seven major chakras through food, drink, and mindful practices.
The evening is divided into 7 parts for the 7 major chakras, each highlighted with a different mindfulness exercise and a small food and drink pairing.
This event is limited to 12 people.
All attendees remain seated and silent throughout the evening, (with exception of breaks) until the gathering at the end.
