**PLEASE NOTE AN EVENTBRITE REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY TO ATTEND THIS EVENT** EVENT DESCRIPTION: We will meet at Jordan River about 1700 South to spend some time together while we pick up trash around the park . Water and light snacks will be provided for a relaxing time after the cleanup. LIABILITY WAIVER: Friendly reminder that it is required to sign the e-waiver before attending your first Women Who Explore event. Please sign on an annual basis. Please wear sunscreen and bring a hat and your bright smiles :) Due to local guidelines, and in accordance with the CDC, Women Who Explore will be limiting the number of attendees per event. In order to comply with these guidelines, each member attending the event will be required to register through this Eventbrite link. In the event you successfully register, and then are unable to attend, please release the ticket so that another member may attend. This is a casual get together for shared outdoor enthusiasts. Safety is a top priority; please plan accordingly.** CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are registering for one of our group events, we ask that you are 100% committed to attending when you register. If you reserve a spot and are unable to attend, please cancel as soon as possible on Eventbrite. We ask that you try to cancel a minimum of 3 days prior to the day of the event as this allows other women who would like to attend the ability to plan to join us. EVENT GUIDELINES FOR COVID:
By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the guidelines set forth by Women Who Explore which include:
• Practice social distancing.
• Carry a personal hygiene kit (mask and hand sanitizer) and have it available during the event.
• Refrain from sharing transportation, gear, food or close spaces with others outside of your household.
• Practice self-awareness and do not attend if you have had any flu-like symptoms, exposed to or have tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days.
• Post-event: anyone who develops flu-like symptoms within 14 days after joining an event should contact the ambassador and Women Who Explore at [email protected].
