Get ready to join Farrah and Erica from Bonacoris's on March 18th at 6:00pm for an amazing night of charcuterie and wine! Learn the art of making the perfect salami rose, kiwi star, cheese train and salami river! Learn proper placement and techniques that allow you to fit a ton of food on your board and still have them look amazing! This charcuterie beginner class teaches you all that and more.  Sampling of food is encouraged and the best part.....your first round of wine from Hidden Creek Estates is on me!!  (Must be 21 to drink) Bonacorsi's supplies all the food (variety of meats, cheese, fruits), disposable 10 inch boards, cutting mats, cheese knives and display boxes to take your creations home in. Each board you make will have enough food for 6-8 people to snack on. Get ready for a fun, laid back evening with friends or your significant other. Don't forget, Mother's Day is right around the corner, I'm sure mom would love to be treated to some amazing food, wine and quality time with you.  Can't wait to see you all there! Seating is limited!
