Date: Saturday May 13, 2023 Time: 1pm – 3pm Cost: $40 in advance, $45 day of (sliding scale available) Calling all soon to be parents! Leaps Prenatal Program invites you to flow through pregnancy “with meaningful intentions” Join in like minded community for: *Pregnancy + Postpartum vision manifesting board activity (all materials provided!) *60- minute gentle, prenatal friendly yoga class by Sheree Corbett *Presentation from Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Julie Bergman (Grace Mental Health) on the power of intention and affirmation setting during pregnancy. Come looking for a way to strengthen your mental wellbeing, connecting your mind, body, and baby. Leave taking home a physical reminder of positive intentions, mantras, and affirmations that speak to your unique early parenting journey! Pregnant people in all gestations, partners, support persons and those wishing to surround themselves with prenatal energy in the hope of becoming pregnant are also welcome with a reserved space. We have onsite childcare, for all ages, available for an additional $10 per child, to be paid the day of with cash or PayPal. Kid friendly healthy snack, small craft, and activity included.
