Join me for an intimate journey of breathwork and sound. A space to fuel the fire in our bellies, to move energy, feel our emotions and to release what feels stuck in the body all while raising our vibration in a fully supported space. During our time together we will share a cacao drop in, introduce diaphragmatic movement and stretch into the body followed by a deep breathwork journey and calming sound bath. Please wear comfortable, non restrictive clothing and do not eat a heavy meal or consume any caffeine for at least 2 hours prior to our journey. Yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, blankets and eye masks are all provided. Just bring yourself. Beverages and snacks will be provided during integration period. Doors open at 5:50pm for a 6pm start, please arrive promptly as doors will be closed at this time.
