It's that time again! We are so excited for the next Made For Knoxville Meet Up, an opportunity to hangout and mingle with local Knoxville entrepreneurs! No programming, just getting to know one another and celebrate all of the incredible people doing entrepreneurial work in our town!
This meet up is going to be extra special! We will be collaborating with 3 local businesses for our May Meetup. We will be meeting outside in between The Frog Juice Boocherie and Albright Grove. Meet us there or join Two Bikes as they do a community ride to the meet up. Here is the link for more info on their ride! All year, Two Bikes uses donated bikes for their Bike School. We will be hosting a bike drive, so bring any old bikes you have sitting around to be used for this great program! Anyone who brings a donated bike will get a drink ticket.
The Boocherie is Knoxville's premier sober bar, dreamt up by MFK alumni, Frog Greirshaw! The Boocherie specializes in delicious kombucha and non-alcoholic cocktails and is a home to many events for nonprofits, art collectives, organizers and more.
Albright Grove is a brewery founded by MFK alumni, Nick Barron. Nick has an extensive background in brewing education, both locally and abroad in London and uses that combined education to create truly special craft beers.
Two Bikes Knoxville, founded by MFK alumni, Mitchell Connell, is a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to the benefits of riding a bike in Knoxville, Tennessee. They achieve this through youth workforce development, diverting bikes from local landfills, providing free and affordable bikes to the community, and by hosting really fun group bike rides.
Thank you to our event sponsor Insperity!
