Join internationally renown ethnobiologist Marc Williams for an urban foraging tour of Montford! The tour will begin at Odyssey School at 2pm and meander through Montford to the well-established food forest at the Montford Community Center. Then participants will make their way back through Montford to Odyssey around 5pm. After the tour everyone is welcome to join an optional community potluck at the covered picnic tables at the school. Free parking is available on Zillicoa Street or in the lower parking lot at Odyssey. This foraging tour will entail walking, so please come prepared with adequate clothing, walking shoes, water, and a snack.
