The 5.11 ABR Academy is a series of interactive and education classes held at our 5.11 retail stores. At the academy, subject matter experts educate users in the areas of trauma care, self-defense, situational awareness, and more. All experience levels are welcome. The ABR Academy mission is to empower the community to “ALWAYS BE READY”. We are welcoming special guest Kevin Estella, with Fieldcraft Survival to take us through a free course on Basic Survival Skills. Kevin is a lifelong outdoorsman with over 2 decades of teaching in the great outdoors. He is well versed in bushcraft and survivial skills. Kevin is a former Lead Survival Instructor of the Wilderness Learning Center under the late Marty Simon. Kevin is the author of 101 Skills You Need to Survive in the Woods and over 150 published magazine titles. *Space limited. Please RSVP.
