Oregon State Correctional Institution's Many Nations Club is hosting their annual Resilience Powwow at their facility in Salem, Oregon on July 22, 2023. Sponsored by Siletz Tribal Charitable Contribution Fund. Many Nations Club is asking for support and attendance from our community and allies, as well as NGO representation at the event. Lunch will be served. If you would like to attend you must register with OSCI Chaplin Don Hodney [email protected], 503-373-0147 no later than June 24. The club is looking for dancers and drummers to participate. Donations including money and in-kind donations are welcome but must be pre-approved through Chaplin Hodney. No outside food donations are allowed this year. Guest may also bring regalia and other powwow-related materials that can be pre-approved through Chaplin Hodney as well. If you are attending please check out the ODOC visitor dress code first.
