ABOUT THIS EVENT
This class / workshop is designed to give new and newer real estate professionals the foundational knowledge, and action steps needed to understand each step of a real estate transaction, as well as tools to connect with customers. Students will learn the essentials of acquiring a client, then guiding them through each step of the transaction (Anatomy of a Real Estate transaction) like a modern professional.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
-How to engage a potential client.
-How to conduct a requirements gathering session (Strategy Session).
-How to write/read a contract (buyer and seller).
-The essentials of the lending and approval process.
-The inspections and appraisal process (second and third negotiations).
-Title and closing procedures
