Join us for a weekend event birding at one of THE best sites in North America to see warblers and other songbird migrants—sometimes up close and personal. If you've always wanted to go to Magee Marsh but have been intimidated, join Detroit Audubon and have an expert birder as your guide! We will be meeting at the Bird Center but hope to see waterfowl, herons and maybe even some Snowy Egrets. In recent years we have also had nesting Bald Eagles, Woodcock, Common Night Hawk, and Screech Owls. Get there early or you may have to park far away! Trip Minimum: This trip will only run if we have a minimum of 6 people in attendance. If the trip is cancelled due to low attendance, you will receive a full refund.
