The Future Super Hero Fun Run is being held in conjunction with National Safe Kids Day. National Safe Kids Day is about raising awareness of child injury prevention. Children who participate in the Fun Run will dress up in their favorite Super Hero costume and race throughout our miniature city at the Children’s Safety Village with replicas of an Orlando neighborhood, complete with a McDonald’s, Amscot and even a miniature Police Station. Races are for ages 5 to 11 year olds with ribbons for all participants. There will also be activities and safety sessions throughout the day. For others that attend this event, we will offer safety classes throughout the day to include water safety, fire safety, pedestrian safety and medicine safety so you don’t miss out on these safety adventures brought to you by the Children's Safety Village and our Super Sponsors.
