Lamb Chop Wine Dinner Join us for a special night of multiple courses. We will start with a nibble board of seasonal bites, a salad with fresh pea shoots and spring veggies, then the star—rosemary and garlic lamb chops over a delicate parsnip purée. We will finish with a light lemon pudding cake. Spring has arrived. This is a demo class. Wine pairings.
