Let's hang out in person. Join your local lululemon Membership community for a workout and conversation at lululemon Newbury*. Sign up now, space is limited. Choose your workout from three options: Run, Train, or Yoga. Then come together for a conversation surrounding connection and self development led by Emily Saul, local Boston Sports Psychology Coach and Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Light bites and refreshments will be served during the conversation. All abilities welcome. For this event we request that you please only sign up if you can attend both the workout and the conversation and can stay for the duration of the event. Run + Connect: Join a 3 mile group fun run led by coach Emily Saul. The run will take place PRIOR to the conversation and you will need to arrive before 9am on Saturday morning. The conversation will take place directly after the run from 10-11:30am. Train + Connect: Partake in a signature Barre Groove Bounce & Sculpt trampoline class. The workout will take place PRIOR to the conversation and you will need to arrive before 9am on Saturday morning. The conversation will take place directly after the run from 10-11:30am. Yoga + Connect: Flow your way through a Power Vinyasa class with instructor and lululemon Ambassador, Lloyd Hawthorn. The class will take place AFTER to the conversation and you will need to arrive before 10am on Saturday morning. The yoga class will take place directly after the conversation portion of the event from 11:30am-12:30pm. NOTE: tickets are limited to one type of workout per person. Please do not sign up for multiple tickets or workouts. Space is limited and your workout choice might sell out. If so we hope you'll join us for another workout option. A waitlist will open once we reach event capacity, but your event spot is not guaranteed. This is a members-only event, so make sure you join before registering at lululemon.com/membership.
