Black Nail Tech Collective was created by Shauna Wright (NailsdoneWright) and Shannan Allen (PikkaColor) two Black women who wanted to create a community of nail techs across the country and world! An exclusive collective for ALL licensed Nail Techs! We are located in the Washington DC, Metro Area where we focus on connecting licensed nail professionals with other nail profesionals to create a positive, collaborative league of collegues! We will have meet ups, brunches, and happy hours to connect and create positive spaces. This Collective is for ALL LICENSED NAIL TECHS, seasoned nail techs and beginners!!
