Join Lindsey Mease on your mat at Frequency Wellness Space for a morning of relaxing yoga and self-care. Take some time for you on this Mother's Day to refresh and reset. Whether you are a Mama or not, it's important to take care of yourself everyday. We will move through a slow, gentle yoga flow that will help you calm your body and your mind.
