For 46 years, the Colorado Perinatal Care Quality Collaborative (CPCQC) has been working together with partners throughout the state of Colorado and across the country to address maternal and infant mortality rates, improve outcomes and reduce preventable deaths of pregnant and postpartum individuals and their babies. Our goal is to ensure that birthing individuals and their families receive culturally relevant, safe, equitable, high quality care no matter who they are or where they live. Cancellation and Transfers For conference cancellations and/or attendee substitutions must be submitted in writing to CPCQC office via email to [email protected]. All cancellations received by April 5th, 2023 will be refunded in full, less a $10 cancellation fee. After April 5th, 2023, no refunds will be issued except in case of emergency. Registration fees cannot be transferred to other CPCQC programs. Recording and Photo Release By attending the CPCQC Conference, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Your registration for the CPCQC Conference constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the CPCQC Conference and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising. COVID-19 Safety Policy At this time, attendees are not required to provide proof of vaccination to attend the CPCQC 2023 Conference; however, please check back as we will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation to determine the need for any change in our Safety Policy. With the health and safety of our attendees remaining a top priority, the follow practices are highly recommended: • Adhere to current CDC COVID-19 vaccine recommendations • Wear a mask if you are not up to date with vaccine recommendations • Do not attend if you experience COVID-19 symptoms or test positive within 10 days of the conference • Follow all state, local, and private business health and safety measures that are in place while you are in Aurora. Commercial Support/Conflict of Interest Commercial support provided to CPCQC by exhibitors and/or sponsors has in no way influenced or biased the content of the educational activities and conference sessions. CPCQC does not endorse or promote commercial products or services within its educational programs that are awarded continuing education credits.CPCQC does a thorough evaluation when developing and implementing and educational activity to ensure that planning committee members, speakers, and presenters do not have conflicts of interest; if a conflict of interest is identified, it is resolved and disclosed to all participants prior to the beginning of the activity.
