Instructor: Janna Rightmire Nevada Registry Approved:  2.0 Hours CKA:  Positive Interactions & Guidance This training will focus on guiding the behavior of young children and learning positive guidance techniques. Training Objectives: 1. The participants will learn theories and potential causes for certain challenging behaviors. 2. Participants will how to recognize normal vs "problem" behaviors. 3. Participants will learn specific techniques for positive guidance for challenging behaviors Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
